March 4th, 2021 Update:
Not much has changed, as we continue our strict COVID-19 practices.
Here are our current establishment protocols:
All orders are contactless (including payments).
Deliveries are left at doors, Pickups are brought to an outside table. (Same practices outlined in the April 20th update below)
Only employees are allowed inside our establishment.
Employees have their temperature checked at the start of each shift.
All surfaces are cleaned/sanitized regularly.
Two hand sanitizing stations inside.
Everyone inside is masked at all times.
July 24th, 2020 Update:

SUBS & WRAPS!
Starting today, we are happy to announce the return of subs and wraps to our menu!
However, the following subs will not be returning (until further notice):
Cheeseburger sub
Roast Beef
Reuben
This is day one of reintroducing a large chunk of workflow back into our operations, so we do appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

March 31st, 2020 Update:
A Letter To Our Customers
Throughout the changes in our lives brought on by the Coronavirus, we at Sibie’s have been consistently monitoring and adjusting our business hours and operations to do everything we can to adapt to the rapidly changing environment around us.
Sibie’s believes in being socially responsible and taking good care of our community, customers, and staff. It is with this in mind, we have decided to close for the next two weeks, to allow our dedicated staff and myself time to rest. Our top priority has always been to our customers and our employees and our hope with this decision is to keep everyone safe and take some time apart to ensure health for all.
Our doors may be closed but we are still here; developing our business to create an even better product and service for when we reopen.
Follow our Facebook page for the latest updates or to contact us. We are also launching a new website with some cool new features - so keep an eye out for that.
Above all, let’s practice kindness and generosity with each other and our community as a whole. We are in this together and have faith we will come out through the other side, stronger, and more united.

We are working on partnering with DoorDash in order to increase our delivery radius. We will notify everyone on further developments.

Helping to protect the Health and Safety of Our Community.
Sibie’s is committed to caring for the health and well-being of our staff and customers and playing a constructive role in supporting our community and local health officials.
We are closely monitoring and following the guidance of the CDC/WHO along with having regular contact with Amherst health department, to ensure we are doing our part to keep you, our staff, and our communities safe.
We are a family business and we take our public health responsibility very seriously. Your trust is highly valued, and we are committed to doing everything we can to maintain the highest standards possible.
The following is a list of additional efforts & actions now being made by #TeamSibies:
- Increasing frequency of cleaning and sanitizing frequently touched surfaces like door handles, countertops, phones, POS tablets, credit card readers, etc.
- Reinforcing our existing health and food safety protocols with Sibie's team members, such as frequent and proper handwashing, glove use, and ensuring employees who are ill stay home and seek medical attention.
- We are exploring more ways to create a touchless experience.
Additional steps being taken for delivery:
- All delivery orders must be prepaid by using our website/app, GrubHub, or providing credit card info over the phone.
- Having customers prepay gratuity and temporarily forgoing signatures on credit card slips.
- We are providing options for leaving food at door, or curbside dropoff in order to create a "touchless experience".
- Delivery drivers sanitize hands before/after deliveries.
We will continue to proactively monitor, evaluate and respond to the impact of the virus, and update you on how we are making changes with your safety and needs in mind.
